I help organizations become fit for humans and ready for the future by enabling value flow in complex environments.

As a Business Agility Lead, my work sits at the intersection of strategic alignment, systemic transformation, and human-centric leadership. I don't just "implement agile frameworks" — I architect operating models that move organizations from "output" to "outcomes," ensuring that strategy is felt in the daily work of every team.

Before specializing in transformation, I spent years as a Product Owner and People Lead. This hands-on background is my "reality check" — it ensures that my approach is always grounded in delivery reality, balancing commercial P&L responsibility with team engagement and psychological safety.
